Beth BirdBeth Bird, Director of Non-Profit
With more than 25 years public accounting experience, Beth specializes in applying the processes and business applications from for-profit organizations to non-profit clients. During her career, Beth has worked with clients in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, with revenues ranging from less than $1 million to more than $1 billion. Beth chairs the Firm’s Non-Profit Committee. She also provides accounting, consulting and income tax services to closely held businesses and their owners.

Peggy JenningsPeggy E. Jennings, Partner
Peggy has more than 30 years of public accounting experience, providing financial reporting services to nonprofit organizations including cultural and arts organizations, foundations, human services and youth-oriented entities, private schools and business leagues. ERISA based services include 403(b), 401(k) and ESOP plans as well as health/welfare and profit sharing plans. Peggy serves on several nonprofit boards and is currently Board Chair of Community First Foundation. To further share her knowledge, Peggy is a frequent speaker at local and regional conferences and often contributes to nonprofit related publications.

Tim McCutcheonTim McCutcheon, Partner
Tim relies on more than 30 years of non-profit experience, which includes leadership and advisory positions, to service clients. He has unique perspective into the inner workings and challenges of the NPO industry, having spent eight years as CFO for a large Colorado non-profit. He is involved with the Colorado Society of CPAs and served as past chair of the board of directors. Tim has also served on the AICPA National NPO Expert Panel and Audit Guide Task Force and on the AICPA’s Alternative Investments Task Force.

Deb NelsonDeb Nelson, Senior Manager
Deb provides tax consulting, planning, and compliance services to a variety of non-profit organizations and private foundations. For private foundations, Deb has helped to develop overall policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IRS rules. Deb works with other non-profits to develop strategies to address the impact of tax law and reporting changes. She serves on the programming committee for the Nonprofit Financial Group of the Twin Cities and the Finance Committee for Youthprise.
